We’re teaming up with Sean Knight, General Partner of Mustards Grill  for an interactive insider’s look at marrying food and wine in Napa’s “new age.”  Come inside the dining room of the Hatton’s St. Helena Victorian for a unique virtual dining experience. Sean has combined a classic Mustard’s menu with Arietta White Wine “On The White Keys” and Arietta Red Wine “Quartet.”  Order ahead for take-out, then we’ll all gather at 6:30 pm for a virtual dinner. For those of you not living in Napa, Sean has graciously shared the recipe for his Lemon-Garlic Chicken. Make it at home and join us on Zoom!

The Menu:

Dungeness Crab Cakes, Espelette aioli, garden greens, sherry vinaigrette

Lemon and Garlic Chicken, garden vegetables, lemon-garlic vinaigrette
Grilled Hanger Steak, onion jam, garlic mashed potatoes

A portion of the proceeds will go to Mustard Grills furloughed restaurant workers.
